Background

A developer aimed to build a multifamily complex in Arlington, Massachusetts. The plan was to include four units, each with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, along with plenty of parking for tenants and their guests.

Plans and Elevations

These plans and elevations were primarily created for client presentations. While they include some technical information, their main purpose is to illustrate the spaces and how the building interacts with the site. These plans, elevations, and renderings were also used during meetings with local state offices to obtain approval for the project.
